We loved staying here! The space is clean and looks very new. It was easy to walk to downtown Asheville and we liked the privacy of the entrance into the space. The owner is very nice and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!

The space was an absolutely perfect spot for a long weekend getaway! Super close to all the best things of downtown Asheville, and you can’t beat the view off the roof deck. Would highly suggest for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, friendly place to stay in downtown.

Super cute and cozy. For it to be in the basement it was very well lit. Nice and spacious for a quick getaway for yourself or a couple. Very clean. Super duper close to everything. We literally walked everywhere. I recommend anyone on a quick trip to Asheville should definitely consider staying here.

Paul and Valerie are were so kind and helpful—they were able to accommodate an early check-in for us and helped us with both our check-in and check-out process. They have a stunning home and the unit in which we stayed was perfect for a quick weekend getaway—the unit was very nice and completely spotless when we arrived! The location was quite ideal and we were able to walk everywhere, too. I would book Paul and Valerie’s place in the future!

The upstairs deck was our favorite! We loved having breakfast and our own private happy hour up there. We also loved walking to Plant for dinner and being so close to multiple grocery stores and a coffee shop. Very clean place and Paul is a great host.

Perfect little place to stay in a great location. Easy walk to downtown. We walked to dinner every night, and Trader Joe’s, Harris Teeter, and Whole Foods are all right down the street. The place has a studio apartment feel with nice amenities and thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again.

I spent a special 39th birthday gateway days at Paul’s house. I enjoyed in a studio place from ground level JJ. It was convenient to walk or drive nearby Asheville downtown from a few minutes away. I would recommend you use this Airbnb .

Perfect for a couple (with a little dog :) Very clean and modern studio, great kitchen with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the location! Less than a mile walking to downtown. Whole foods,

Trade Joe's and a great coffee shop were right around the corner. The guests are lovely and quick to respond to messages. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful, spotless and comfortable space in a fantastic location. It’s a great neighborhood - walking distance to parks, the grocery and downtown. We rested well in a very cozy bed after hiking and being out and about, and really enjoyed the rooftop deck. It was perfect for a glass of wine at sunset. Paul and his family made our visit with our dog welcoming and easy. They were very kind. Would highly recommend.
